We are nearing the end of the Covid year. This is the time of the year to be with family and friends to finish of the year good and enter a new year. This article is a call to continue to follow the rules to fight against Covid.
It’s so tempting to invite all your family and friends to have a nice dinner together. Let’s not do this, unless there is an exception created on the rules that allows us to do this once. Let us push through this difficult time together, but seperate, and still have a nice end of the year. Unfortunately 2020 has been a completely different year from any other year. We shouldn’t look at the things we shouldn’t do as roadblocks, but as guidelines to get us through this difficult time. Once we have beaten this pandemic togeether we can once again regain our freedom. Follow the tips now and make sure that there is the least amount of casualties possible.
Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines. – Robert H. Schuller
It are these guidelines that will guide us through the end of 2020. Let us pray that we can find a cure against Covid for once and all. Unfortunately there will also be some part of 2021 to be influenced by the pandemic. Consider the new year the year of finally getting rid of Covid and to build a protection against it. Not everything is negative around it, we should also look at the positive effects it has brought us.
We have come to realise now how amazing it is to be able to see friends and family as often and as plentiful as we would like. Even something as mundane as going to a grocery shop or a clothing shop is something that will be more enjoyable afterwards. We can look at the everyday things which will become so much easier again. Some people hated going to shops before, but they will be relieved when there are finally no more waiting outside of the store, no more protection needed and so on.
Another great benefit is the enjoyment of being outdoors and look at the awesome nature around us. There have been locksdowns and currently there still are some. Which in turn will put a nice reward on have the freedom to go for a hike in the beautifull nature.
Enjoy the holidays with family and friends, #StaySafe and enjoy!
