People aren’t always able to show their emotions especially men find it difficult to show their emotions. You don’t have to show your emotions all the time, but neither should you feel obliged to hide them from anyone.
If something didn’t go as planned it is ok to be dissapointed. If something hurts, especially mental challenges, it’s fine to show that you are facing something difficult. Only when others see that you are going through something they are able to step in and to help. It’s more difficult to expect others to just know that something is wrong. Allowing to show your emotions means that others can find out how you are doing and they can assist where needed. Another step with the emotions is not necessarily showing it, but to allow you to feel the emotion. If for example you have been fired from your work because the company is not doing so well, it is ok to feel sad about it and to take some time to recover.

Many people undergo difficult times but they rarely share the troubles they are having. When you see a lot of positive images on social media from people around you don’t feel dissapointed with your life. Remember that no matter how great someone’s life looks like they have issues themselves, which they probably aren’t sharing. Difficult times can go on for a while but it often gets better in due time. Know that it seems impossible at the moment but it will get better. Passing through the difficult time you will become a stronger and more confident person.
Being tough means you are able to beat anything in time, however it may require multiple attempts. Rome wasn’t built in one day, there is no shame in taking multiple attempts. Tough people also have difficult times and there are times that they may show their emotions. It’s not the people that can push through hardships without emotions that are the strongest, but those people that can finish despite the obstacles. The emotions that show afterwards is just a natural reaction. Showing emotions doesn’t mean that tears have to fall of your face. Emotions can also be shown by expressing verbally how you feel. If you are sad about something you can tell the people around you how you are feeling.
