Our brain is the strongest tool that we have. Let us make it even stronger then it already is. When we think about improving our health we focus our energy on physical strength and movement. Our intuition serves us well, physical exercise is the first important step to a better functioning brain.
The real improvement comes, just like with exercise, during recovery. We use our brain an entire day. At night our brain has the chance to recover and grow stronger. That is why a good night’s rest is key to a great and healthy brain. The question is, will a night’s rest suffice? Depending on how much you prioritise your sleep it may or may not be enough to recover.
