If you look around you there might not be very many succesful people. Are your friends able to turn their endeavours into gold or are they just becoming silver?
The important goals to achieve in life are not always easy to obtain. The greastest goals require you to put in much effort, time and sacrifices. When you have been struggling with your health you wont succeed to turn it around in one month. Rather you have to be learning what you have to do and focus on turning your life around. Think about a stressfull and unhealthy life and you will get it. Think about a peaceful and healthy lifestyle and you wontt automatically get it. From the moment you decide that you need to complete a certain goal you will do everything necessary to achieve it. Think you will fail and you will, believe in yourself and you will do your best to make it work.

There are certain aspects in life that is difficult for you or is hard. However if something is difficult for you it doesn’t have to result in a consistent difficult situation. For example you might be a salesperson for selling cars. You may be the expert and selling family cars but you are havings difficulties selling luxury cars. If at first you are not so great at it and you never try it again you will never become better. But if instead you accept the fact that you are not the best for it at the moment you can try again and again untill you become better. As long as you know you don’t have to give up you have the opportunity to improve.
If you think about a weakness as something you should avoid you will remain in the same position forever. Rather than staying the same you focus on trying to change your weakness into your strength. If you have been overweight for most of your life it might be a bigger challenge to become healthy. You could be refusing to aim for a healthy lifestyle and that is fine. But if you want to go for a healthier lifestyle you shouldn’t consider health as one of your weaknesses. Rather start to figure out a way to actually go for a healthy lifestyle that fits your life. Turning your weakness into a strength is difficult but important to continue to grow.
