When we think about eating cheaply we end up going for fast food. However where is a will there is a way. It may not be the easy road, but it is the healthy one. When you are eating on a budget going to eat out is the worst you can do. Going out and eating a meal at a restaurant is the easiest way to eat, but it is expensive and often times it is not as healthy as they want to make us believe.

The best way to increase our nutritional intake cheaply is by starting to cook for ourselves. If possible trying to enjoy the cooking process is a plus. Doing it more often will make it easier and possibly even more enjoyable. If cooking isn’t your thing experimenting with oats and fruits can be a great source of nutrition.
