Be happy!
Today, March 20th, is World Happiness Day. There is no better day to think about how happy you are and how you can improve your happiness. Firstly it is great if your capable of enjoying the little things in life. If you only are happy with the large rewards in life you will never be fully happy. Try to be happy in what you do and do the stuff that you like doing. The big example for this is being with family. We take it for granted that we are together with our family and that they have time for us. However we should not take it for granted. Even in the country or the city that you live in, there are enough people who don’t have any contact with their family anymore. Visit your family and make sure they enjoy the moment as much as you do. Make time for your family and friends and they will love you for it.

In our modern society a lot of families live in a beautifull home, with electricity, water and everything we could hope for. Be gratefull for this situation and be happy with it. This security that you have for living a good life is crucial factor to remain happy with your situation. How you feel depends on how you look at the world and your life from day to day. everyone has stressfull days, you can choose how much it influences your life. Don’t stress about the stressfull things. When you have some stress go ahead and relax yourself with your favorite activites. Go for a walk in the nature, play an instrument, go to the gym or read a book. How you add happiness to your life doesn’t matter. Aslong as you minimize your stress and enjoy the little things in life.
