Help people who are in need

Do you help people who don’t have anything to offer in return?

A lot of people are in need of help but aren’t able to offer something back for it. What you will do in that situation determines what type of person you are. Returning the favor to someone that helped you before is easy. But to help someone and not expect something in return is more difficult. Especially if it means continously showing up to help them.

If you are getting your life together and struggling yourself it’s normal to not be spending all your time trying to help others. However when there is something small you can do to help someone without it costing to much money or time feel free to help them. When you have been building your life and figured out most of it there is more room for helping out others. This may be supporting family members, friends, strangers either with money, time or with something else. For example helping out at a charity event or donating items you don’t use anymore or your blood.

We have seen last year that there is plenty of reasons why people could get in trouble. Sometimes they did something wrong but other times an external factor appeared why they no longer are in a good position. Even people who did some things wrong in life deserve to be helped. This doesn’t mean they have to be given money directly, but helping them out by giving advice is a great way to start. Even better is that you show them by living as example hoow they should approach the coming months. Actions are stronger than words.

While spending money or time with someone else might help them, living as example is difficult but will cost you the least. Instead of giving money to friends so they can buy healthy food make sure to purchase healthy food for yourself when you are with them and when you are alone. The best improvements are made when no one is looking. While you are alone once in a while it’s easy to take a snack and enjoy those moments. However if you also pay attention to what you eat when you are alone your body will remain in the best shape possible. A lot of people manage to hold themselves stable in front of people, but when alone everything collapses. As you learn to stay consistent you will help people by living as example.
