A great example for this is if you decide you want to become healthier. There are so many ways to do this, but only you can find out the one way that you love the most. You can start by implemeting a workout routine or healthy eating. If you can’t see yourself adjusting your food intake directly then choose the easier path. First start a workout routine. Having made this choice still doesn’t have to put you into one box. There are many methods to start moving. You can choose a sport that you love. If you love to change things around you can switch between sports during the week or do something different every month. Having a set amount of time for your habit doesn’t force you do the exact same thing each time.
Creating a passion is also possible by meeting people who managed to become passionate about it. For example planning to read a book a month? Find a friend or family member that you know who loves to read books. Ask them what the love so much about it. Hearing them talk about can give you a spark of passion about your habit. Don’t forget to ask them about their favorite book(s). This way you get a look into some of the great books that they only found out about after years of reading. Reading a great pageturner will make it so much more attractive to continue reading.
These aren’t the only methods on becoming passionate. There are endless ways of creating a new passion. Look for something that you would love to do, before you know it you have won a new passion to warm your heart.
