Life has so many important aspects that we tend to focus on. One of the least respected one is our health. When we focus on our capacities and on our work we are albe to earn more money. However this still doesn’t make it possible to recover your health just by throwing some money at it.
When you are young don’t let your health slip out of your hands. Early on in life most people have a high metabolism. Meaning that you can eat a lot without seeing a negative effect on your weight/health. At this point it is very attractive to focus eating what you feel like instead of going for the healthy options. When you solely focus on this for too long you will regret it when your metabolism has slowed down.

Having build your wealth does not improve your life if you don’t have health to show up for it. When you manage to become healthy you can turn your life around into any other direction. This means that health is the real wealth.
At a young age it’s possible to buy health considering that it can be achieved by purchasing food or allowing you the time to work out or keep moving. The simplest way of improving your health is by allowing yourself to be different from other people, many drink alcohol every weekend. If you want a drink here and there that is completely fine. But don’t allow others to pressure you into drinking more than you are comfortable with.
Healthy products can be bought with money, but you can also save money by not having to give out money to unhealthy purchases. If you don’t drink alcohol or don’t drink as much as others you keep a lot of money for yourself. The same things go for not giving out money to smoking.
