Times are hectic. In our time it’s easy to stress about everything but it becomes increasingly difficult to relax a bit.
Everyone has their set of responsibilities and reasons to stress all the time. It’s normal that you have responsibilities to fullfill but it’s not necessary to be constantly stressed about it. If there is nothing you can do about it then why would you stress? It wont help it anyway. If there is something you can do then you should rather act on it instead of stressing about it. Despite all the tasks we need to complete we should free up time to relax our mind. The method you want to use for it is totally up to you. Going for a hike, playing an instrument, meditation or others.

If you look around to the people your are surrounded with you will likely notice that everyone is stressed. Finding the people that are calm and relaxed often times are rarely or impossible to find. Simply because there is almost no one like that. Everyone enjoys the same stressy life with the same tasks they have to complete sooner rather than later. When you realise that everyone has the same stress moment and there is no real solution for it you can find some relieve in knowing nothing can be done.
Taking a moment of relaxation is difficult. If you know that you need to make time for relaxation you are able to do so. Using your mind to be efficient to get things done is great and it helps yourself improve. However instead of always just going constantly forward it’s best to also move forward a bit slower. Taking gas back helps you to recover from the stressy life and enables you to think more clearer when you need to. After being more relaxed you will be able to become even more efficient.
