Our daily lifes are so hectic and we focus on anything coming our way, whether it is positive or negative. For the best results it’s preferable to focus solely on the positive.
A part of our life where it’s apparant that this works is during your studies. When you constantly doubt yourself worthy or smart enough to pass you will spend more think worrying about it then actually making progress. If at any point the self-doubt starts it becomes near impossible to surpass this to succeed your challenge. The other side of the coin is that if you trust your capabilities and work hard towards understanding the subject at hand you are a long way towards success. You are able to pass any exam on your way.
For example the hardest exam I ever had was a multiple choice exam. It was on the hardest subject known, with a correction for guessing. Due to the penalty for guessing I refused to fill in more than half of the exam. So I filled in the questions that I was I felt safe to fill in, without too much guessing I ended up with 20/40 questions. Against all odds I managed to squeeze a 10/20.

Luckily we (mostly) think before we do something, but taking a positive look at it is the one thing that seperates people. It is difficult to see the advantage in positive thinking when you haven’t seen it in person yet. The best method to apply it is by implementing it without thinking about the result, unless it is an positive result. Break with the habit of having a negative view on your activities.
Most things can be done no matter how you think about yourself. However when you think positive it becomes easier to reach the goal. To enjoy great benefits from the new thinking look for new habits to implement in your life. Because of the change you are able to focus more on your goals and strive for new ones. Try it out and see how good it is. When at first instance it may not work yet don’t give up, it does take some time to get used to.
