Don’t threat people how they threat you, but threat them like you would like to be threatened. When young we are all being teached to show respect to others and especially to elders and people with authority. It is a great start if you show respect due to following rules. But when you age you are able to show respect to anyone, regardless if there are rules set up.
Threatening people well sets an example for anyone seeing it. Telling anyone how to handle other people is helpfull. However teaching by example is way better. Show respect to everyone, so your children will live by your example.

When you threat people well you should respect to get the favor returned. However, without asking for it many people will return the favor. That is one of the benefits of being polite to everyone. If someone needs help give them a helping hand, you never know when they may help you when you need it.
That helping people is a good thing isn’t hard to understand. But helping selfish people is good is difficult to understand. Why would you help someone who never goes out of their way to help others? Just helping someone out of the goodness of your heart is not easy to do. Helping someone to try to force our world to be a better place is very desirable. If you go out of your way to help people, others will notice it and may copy it in a different situation.
Do your best to help people in difficult situations and be gentle and polite to everyone that you meet.
