Use your brain to think and feel positive

rewire your brain to be negative
Positivity heals

Everyone has had or is going through a difficult time. There are different ways to deal with them. If you keep on looking to the negative side of it you will only attract more negativity into your life and reflect more negative feelings.

Examining and changing the way you look at your life can help you improve it. Seeing the positive side in life and in people makes you attract more of it. Take for example having a bad relationship with a family member or a friend. If you approach your relationship and the person in a negative way, they wont respond positively. You can however approve the situation differently. Think about the good times and the positive characteristics of your friend.

Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive. – Matt Cameron

Our mind is a powerfull tool. Focussing your energy on the negative will wire your brain to attract the negative things in life. The best example for this is studying a lot for a important exam. Because you feel it is a important exam you think that it is going to be difficult, because it is going to be difficult you feel that you have to study harder. Because you want to study harder you are putting more hours into it. What end’s up happening is that you lose some of the important sleep that you need for fuctioning good. In turn you will be more stressed and during your exam it will be more difficult to think clearly and to link different topics together to form a great answer.

The best way to combat this way of approaching a test is by allowing yourself to think positively about it. Don’t see it as an important and difficult exam on it’s own. Approach it by understanding the topic at hand and realising the connection between the different parts of the subject. Think about the way knowing the subject will help you do great at the exam, and don’t listen to negative opinions of others. Don’t think about how “difficult” the exam could be. Study wisely, take breaks, eat healthy get some movement in and don’t forget to take a good night’s rest. Before you know you passed your exam without stressing too much about it.
