How do you fill up your saturday mornings? When you work hard every day of the week you have earned your freedom to spend your weekend morning doing absolutely nothing. When you need recovery of your week make sure to build in time that you don’t need to do anything.

That being said there are activities to participate in that both deliver you recovery time and other benefits. Let’s give you some ideas to spend your time on. If you like being outside prepare a walk to your city park or look for a nice hike in your area. You will be able to recover mentally and at the same time you will be able to get some movement in. Instead of spending time in front of your computer you can get out and about by going for a walk or reading a book instead. Reading will help you familiarise with new words and get to learn new topics.
